When you enter therapy, you will be scheduled for a consistent, ongoing appointment day and time. Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length for individuals and 90 minutes in length for couples or families. However, depending on the individual's or family's needs, we may decide to increase or decrease the length and/or frequency of sessions.
I offer affordable services and prefer to discuss fees during our initial contact. I offer a free consultation over the phone to assist her you in determining if my services are an appropriate fit for you, as well as discuss payment and scheduling. Therapy is an investment to your health and well-being. If you have special circumstances that make it difficult to pay my standard fees, we may be able to determine a sliding-scale rate.
Also, I work Out-Of-Network PPO or I am happy to offer a Super Bill at the end of each month for your to submit to your insurance company directly. Please contact your provider to determine the rules and restrictions around your mental health coverage. Start by asking your provider the following questions:
- Do I have mental health coverage?
- What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?
- How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
Having and keeping your appointments consistent contributes to the continuity, comfort, and effectiveness of the therapy process. Your consistent attendance greatly contributes to a successful outcome. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call me a full 24 hours or more in advance or you will be charged the full fee for the session.
While I currently reside just outside of Seattle, WA., I offer my services to residents of California and Washington State. If you live in California and cannot meet for sessions in person, I may be able to assist you via conference call/teletherapy.
