Event: Yoga + heart: reconnecting with purpose, June 3, 2017

Spring is a time of renewal and joy, which we are lucky to observe in a new way this year.  The heavy winter rains ended our cities long standing drought and we are now blessed with growth and birth of blooms all around us.  Take this new energy as an opportunity to join us for an intention setting workshop to reconnect with resolutions, values, purpose, and goals as we move, breathe, feel and journal together as a community.

The workshop will include a 1hr yoga and breath flow (all levels welcomed) followed by a 1hr meditation and self-discovering creating writing designed to enlist the energy of spring to connect to your heart and create purposeful action.
